In his current capacity, he supports the LEAPS by Bayer team in their mission to fund breakthrough innovations, works with the Pharma BD&L Team, while also acting as a trusted advisor to the Boards and C-suites of Bayer’s Pharma Platform companies. Sören specializes in bridging the gap between Big Pharma scale and Biotech agility. A passionate advocate for skills-based organizations and modern talent ecosystems, he thrives on enabling teams to navigate complex, ambiguous environments. Outside the office, Sören brings his coaching mindset to the youth floorball court and recharges by chasing adrenaline on his mountain bike and snowboard.
