Pamela is the Head of Legal for Leaps by Bayer. She is a lawyer and scientist with over 25 years of experience in biotechnology and the life sciences. She is passionate about the potential of science to improve human lives and lower our impact on the world and has deep experience in biotech product development, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate law. Pamela holds a JD from Duke University, an MS in Biology from the University of Illinois, and a BS in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Tennessee.
