Celea Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing transformative treatments for people living with serious respiratory diseases. Its lead program, deupirfenidone (LYT-100), is a modified version of an approved antifibrotic therapy with the potential become a new standard of care for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Clinical data suggest the potential to slow lung function decline with sustained effect, addressing key limitations of existing therapies. Celea is now evaluating deupirfenidone in a global Phase 3 head-to-head trial against a current standard of care, with the ambition to establish a new benchmark in IPF treatment.
