Fork & Good is pioneering a new approach to growing meat to meet the world's growing need for protein without compromising public health, nutrition or the environment. Cultivated meat is produced by growing real meat cells that have the flavor we crave and the key nutrients we need. This enables a new sustainable supply chain to help build a more resilient food ecosystem. They have developed a simple, patented process, enabling cultivated meat production to scale efficiently. Their Brooklyn-based lab is starting with pork products where they see the greatest current need.
